Cash Game Strategy 0
Aggression in your betting is an important component of any winning poker strategy. Being the aggressor means you have two ways of winning the pot - either showing down the best hand or having your opponent fold. The real key to developing a winning cash game poker strategy is the use of selective aggression. Knowing when an opponent is weak will help you to get this right. This article looks at both obvious and disguised weakness from opponents. Smile Spade Club Heart Diamond

If a winning cash game strategy could be put down in just a few words, all players would be winning players.

Nope, that wouldnt actually be true ... but now its getting philosophical.
People are always seeking a way to win at poker and if there were a "code" written for it the code would get more and more uselesss the morepeople that would know about it because people would find ways to crack it. Big Smile

It's all about knowing your opponents cards. Become a psychic and win everytime!

On the Flop:
The flop m u s t help your hand, and you should always fold if it doesn't help and if another player bets at that juncture.

------------
On the Turn:
A key concept on turn is to make the draws pay. When you hold a decent hand like top pair and think your opponent wants to hit his flush, force him to make a difficult decision whether too see the last card or not. Make a pot size bet in this case. Your opponent has a 5 to 1 chance to hit his flush with the last card, by calling your potsize bet he needs a 2 to 1 probability to have a "fair" game. Now he has bad odds and that is exactly what you want. Lots of fish that do not know about the pot odds concept will call you with bad odds, in some cases they might get their miracle hand, but in the long run they will lose. Those players you can find at Pacific Poker and Everest Poker.

define "help". If you're folding every flop you don't hit and get bet into, you're losing money (this depends on the limit and opponent skill though)

What an idiot!!!

Define unimproved on the flop. If I was holding AA,KK,QQ, and the flop was a rainbow with rags(i.e.- 10,7,3), why on earth would I fold to a raise? The only thing I'd be worried about is a set, and I have a reasonable chance of finding out by 3 or 4 bet reraising.

Yeh, it's pretty dumb.. is that what they're trying to do?? but then they aren't spamming that much, OP has <30 posts... What's the point at all ? Just trying to sound clever or something?? Maybe somebody doing fake sign-ups and then getting fake accounts to make posts so they look legit ??

i dunno.

Hi all! Big Smile
Short Stack Strategie is an one with a plain, positive yield, a system which can be acquired easily for beginners. His strength issues from us playing with the best march sheet of the table generally, and we restrict the four bid circles to two bid circles: preflop and flop. Sure if you have a more efficient strategy worthy to use it.
The short an efficient weapon may be stack because of the relative simplicity of a strategy you are the less experienced one bankroll for players fighting problems. Worthy to try him out. But let us not forget that the full one is suitable with game knowledge insite a game holds a bigger expected value back. Our game knowledge and the bankrollunk his increase worthy increasingly many times the three quarters-teljes beülős to try out a game.
Good luck all... Tongue Tongue

[x] Epic thread lol

Even if this thread is lol I`m gonna post my thoughts on cash games strat.

Be aggresive and u will win tons of hands, but of course read oponents well. If u are using holdem manager or some other tracking software u can look up your winnings graph - showdown/non showdown winnings if either one of them is below 0 u have a leak... Of course at nl2 nl5 nl10 it is still profitable to maintain just "won at showdown" graph above 0 with non showdown winnings below zero, because there are soooo many bad players, but if u want to make serious cash at nl25+ u have to learn some new tricks how to act postflop...

And my tip is - If your "Won without showdown" graph is below zero play tons of Heads up sit n go`es. The buy in really does not matter that much, but it will improve your post flop skills Thumbs Up

I generally don`t agree to Short stack strategy imo it is very easily beaten, and I don`t think it is really that profitable I prefer buying in with a max limit Smile Because I usually play LAG so yeah I have to have some chips to work with lol

ok epic post not gonna waste more of your time lol

cheers Smile
