The hardest part of breaking tilt is actually to be able to STOP playing ... i guess its something in human natur e to continue fighting/win money back fast even if you know it is probably going to hell

First : stop on time. When you are in a bad session, as Negreanu says, just stop. You better play a long time when you are in a good session. 2nd : just play with an amount you feel comfortable with. 30€ in one time seems to be to much for you. 3d : after a tilt session, its always good to look at your own game and to see your mistakes. Feel always better to come back play with new ideas about how to play in the head.
GL with the tilt ! not always easy, i know that dont worry !
