im just getting run over and over again. Yesterday at a ¤5 DoN i picked up aces and raise pf. The BB called and the flop came 79Ar. I bet he raises all in I call. turn 8, river 5. It hurt quite a lot... Later on i lost with aces against 88 and 88 to 66.

What can I say...Just continue playing wisely. After you have survived the lower limits where they're donking without thinking you might have the opponents you wish to play against: reasonnable players and no donkeys. Good luck continuing

Yeah you will get those situations allot.
I learned about having those situations. Its really important to keep playin your bankrollmanagement. Because if you will get somesort of situation playin on limits to high for you. You will loose your bankroll, because of a srcrew up. Because you didt nothing wrong but luck isnt with you that day.
in types of games its all about tactics, i normal just shove all in, with top pair
only time i play is to double up, let every1 else fight it out at the start, i only really start playing when the blinds go up and just push to steal the blinds if i get called ive always got a good hand when i do this

For one more TIME with caps lock - IF YOU PLAY DONS - DO PLAY A MULTITABLE ATLEAST 3-4 TABLES - VARIANCE COMES OUT MORE SO YOU WONT BE THAT PISSED ABOUT EVERY SINGLE BEAT YOU WILL GET!
NOW - if you are saying that you cant play multi because you will get nervous then lower the stakes where you feel comfortable to play multi!
If you are playing without a reason to grow your bankroll then al lthis should not matter to you, but if you play for big money then do listen to me and stop worrying about every single 88 vs 66 you lose. for a 5$ don your br needs to be atleast 250+$ - losing some games in a session should not worry you all
Read thru bankroll mnagement and dont rush into stakes that can take your br with hours.

Learning how to loose is a big part of learning how to handle the poker life style! I dont know if you play alot or wish you was a little better than you are now but i tell you defeat is the way forward.....well sort of ...if you see what i mean? From the jaws of death a phoenix shall rise. well it might anyways.

very true if you are playing at the correct stakes $5 is nothing to lose as a result of a bad beat, i usally laugh at it take it on the chin, like kristan says just lower your stakes and it wont bother you as much when this happens again,
