i got in touch about a similar issue and got told that they are super busy over the holidays,

if your patient it will probably come sooner or later.

QQQQ, you're request is still in the queue, so it WILL be processed. Hopefully sooner than later, but as SC mentions, we're all quite busy during these christmas days - with the holiday coming up and such Smile

(Won't go completely on holiday, as the site will still run, but cut down on the hours during the christmas days).

Yeah i usually dont complain here but the payment with the gift bonuses seems to have some issues. Requested everest gift certificate 26/11 and still no money, been in payment for ages.

I looked into it now, and it appears that the e-mail you got form us (that you replied to, with the above ticket ID), explains it all to you. Your request was rejected, beause either:

* Your Party Poker account is an older account that was made before you signed up trough BankrollMob.com.

* You did not use the correct and specified bonuscode, when creating your Party Poker account.

So your €40 request for kickoffpoker (because you deposited money to your partypoker account) is not valid. Only new accounts created trough bankrollmob.com is valid for our promotions, and since you're not allowed to have multiple accounts, then you do not qualify - sorry. You need to find another site to signup with, where you do NOT already have an account.

Case should be closed now Smile
