depends on your skills... You will get or lose much more money in heads-ups, so it's faster than cashgame. But careful! It's also more swingy which means you shouldnt tilt because that can cost a lot of money... SNGs I like much more. Those freeroll tournaments where you have to pay some of your earned points...there you can win a lot in the beginning cause just a few people will participate in them...
heads up cash game is better for making money, and the differents in strategy is the more you win the more money you get, but also the more you lose more it hurts your bankroll,

Depends on the stakes. In cash games the rake will cut in any winnings at lower stakes, cause it is so high. SnGs will most likely end in a push or fold battle. That is unlikely for a cash game.

HU cash game is a completely different game than HU SNG...basically SNGs are a game defined by the blinds, whereas they have no impact in cash games...Maybe you could compare both but only for the early stages of a SNG...

yes you can totally forget playing HU-cashgames at lowlimits. a friend once played a long session and the problem was, that a quarter of the money that had been at the table (from both players) was paid for rake. when the session ended BOTH players lost money.

Stakes and skill . Depending on where you stand with both really depends on what would / could return the greatest profit for you. Also what about the enjoyment factor? i belive there is no point in playing at all if you dont or cant enjoy what you are doing. Make sence? If i hated to play HU then i simply wouldnt do it even if it returned me the greater amount of cash, unless i could just play a few games to top up the bankroll then go back to a game a enjoyed. PLay where you are happyest playing and if you are there just for the profit then surly it wont matter where you are or what you play.

yep,heads-up is fast and tilt should be perfectly avoided or your losses can grow even faster than the games is headsup Sngs?your ROI index must be over 55 at least in order to keep going with 10% winnings of the buyin amount of the choosen Sng. i hope you knew this
