ryan giggs has played in the hardest fastest league for nearly 20 years now,he was voted players player of the year last season,hes won 10 or 11 league titles,9 FA cups,champions league twice,been voted world player of the year during his career.
in short hes won more and has been decorated by his peers more than any player thats ever lived.
hes still at the top of his game at 36.
without doubt the finest footballer to grace football,yes messi is brilliant,maradonna was for a few years before he became a fat mumbling cocaine addict.pele of course lit up football but ryan giggs has done it in the modern era against athletes trained to the peak of their physical abilities.

its impossible to tell who was the best of all time. as a benfica supporter i have a big conviction to say for me its Eusebio. because i look only for my team i dont follow other teams. i can say that if eusebio was brasilan or argentinian he would be god like maradona or pele.
i have 29 years and with my eyes the best player i ever saw playing its maradona with no doubt, but i think in the past decade 2 players were both great, luis figo and zidane.
for me the gallery of all time have so many players that lot of people forget about them, stoichkov, van basten, rui costa, romario, lothar mathaus, franco baresi, maldini, george best, di stefano, ruud gullit, puskas, platini, weah, lev yashin, etc etc. its so sad when people talks about football legends only comes to the head maradona and pele, and now cristiano ronaldo and messi. football is so much more than these players mentioned.
