i think when ur small stacked and high blinds it`s best to push every A all in try to steal as much as possible when i hit A 7 off and i am short stacked i go all in only when some 1 raises before me i fold and only would call AJ or higher and ofc 8s and higher i think an A always is good because u have hands no1 plays free blinds then and also vs JJ QQ KK what ever u stil have some chance hittin the A
but a JK or 10J i can easy fold any blinds the A works magicaly for me hehe

If you are shortstacked, you are always on the look-out for card-combinations like Ax, Kx and Qx. Speculative hands like suited connectors and connectors lose their value in this situation, because you will not hit the board often enough.

Well I do not go all in pre-flop never. Except that I am forced to by another player and I'm holding a premium (AA, KK, QQ, AK) . I do raise after the flop if I see my hand is probably the winner but another card could improve the hand of another players and thus beat mine.
