Oh mate you sound like me! Thats the kind of thing i do every time just get in the groove and wham bam FU mam! Gone just as easy as winning but twice as painfull. Dont sweat it to much as you cant do anything about it now, just try and keep your head next time. You've done it before so you can do it again yeah..! Have a break...not to long, then get back on and start again. The more you re-build the easyer it'll be and the longer you can go with our busting... If you dont mind me asking what ws you playing to loose that much so quick? Last time i did that much damage was after a great night at the $50 SnGs i was up about $700 then lost $650 playing HU in like 2 min flat. GUTTED just gutted so i know how your feeling bud! Keep the faith and you'll get it back.

well i had bit of everything it all started when some guy sucked out against me and bubbled me 2 away from the money then after that it was bad play a few hit some 2 outers that just made me sick the one that sticks in my head was i had trip 9s on the flop, pot about $120 all the all the money in and he has a pair of Js and hits the J on the river not much i could do there but when u have lost $300 before that its fucking painful. early on the begining of this run i had full house 10s full of As and what the other guy have fucking only quad As! but no problem il be back cheers for the support

As mentioned before i am / was prone to doing this but to aid me now when i have a decent amount in my poker account i'll transfer it out into my moneybookers account, that will come straight out but take 3/4 days to clear into my bank account so it acts as a small buffer. If the cash is in transfer i cant get at it to loose. Its worked like that for the past few months, even thou i had re-deposited some of the winnings last month, this month I have withdrawn $300 / £200 to moneybookers and then to the bank (havent put any back ...yet!.,lol Try and find some thing that works for you. Its easyer to live with the waiting (for it to clear) than the crushing feeling you get when you've blown most of your bankroll. Again good luck.
