Wow, I just finished reading this whole thread and all I can say is goodluck M3 for getting your car back. as some others would say, do wrong (call the bad guys) to correct something wrong. But I really hope that the police can help you although those bad guys are probably much faster. always hope for the best!

hehe my logic is like, the car was stolen, it was not his fault , i mean it is not coll and stuff, i already had my car sound system stolen and i was pretty sad about it, but i he had lost that 25k playing poker that would be a very different, and in my opnion, worse situation, U guys got me wrong when i talked about the $15 hehe is something like iam crying about the $15 imagine if i lost 25k hehehe that was the ideia

If I lost the money in poker I had chose to play with my money and posibly lose them....in this case someone just took my dearest belonging worth 25-30K$ so I think it's far worse than losing them in poker because I not only lost money but something I really loved and I did not choose to.
Status: still up 5.23 in the morning waiting looking out the window for the theif...still no sign of him...I don't think he is gonna come. But don't worry guy's the story is far from over.....im very consistent !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Status still no car but more info on thief:
He has a red BMW same model as mine so he probably stole it so he got spareparts or to put his frame number in my car and dump his own. This is actually good because this meens the car is in Denmark and most likely within 20km radius.
I got thief's brother address, phone number and telephone number for his colleagues.
By pressure from the "bad guy's" thief has allmost admitted he stole the car, he has said today that he knows who stole it but the guy who stole it is at football practice but he will make sure that he returns the car when he comes home from football. This is of course a lie and he is just trying to save his own ass.
He is going down now !! Im closer than ever before and I will not stop untill I got my car or money. I think I have shown alot patience but if I don't have my car tomorrow further actions will be taken that I was hoping would not be necessary. I have taken some days of work so I can work on finding my car 24/7 the last days I havent slept more than a couple of hours every night because I talk to people in day time and look for thief and car in night time. This has become a mission to me and I rarely fail when I put 110% into something probably because I never never never give up my jaws are locked and I will never let go. Call me a psycho if you want but no matter what happens finding Mikkel Vind from Amager will be my main concern as long as I live.......he stole the wrong dudes car this time Never steel from a Bankrollmobster it will only get you in trouble

Yeah this is real sad to hear man, it's seems like the law on this is really harsh in your country.If i just got the right papers then it will all be refunded by the insurance company.

it is very, very sad! I nearly the same like you, who loves to wash and clean my car, so i know like you feel right now, because i would feel the same! i hope police will find it or you will get money, because 25k is not little money

thats really sad.
but its crazy how the insurance company acts. just because you dont know the answer of a silly question. another proof of why i hate insurance companies. u pay and u pay, every month. then after paying a total of what the thing is actually worth, u get nothing. i hate those bastards

wow m3 that really really sucks.... im sorry to hear that.. i would lose it if my car got stolen..thats y i loaded it up to the tits with anti-theft and im pretty happy to say that its close to impossible to steal.. gps locator, 2 way remote control pager, electric signal start, sequence control and others ...
but most bmws have those electric signal starts so good luck with the insurance
) ... how can you compare such a stupid value in
