if I understood your question correctly, you want to know if for example for a 0.20 rake you gain party points? The answer is YES, you gain 0.40 points. Although it doesn't show decimals in your Party points, they are added alright, so when you've got 3 x 0.40 pp, you'll have 1.20 pp, but you'll see 1 party point in your account. a lot of rooms you pay comision example 0.15 in pot - 0.01 rake and not gain points if not have 0.6 in pot.i see your link but not see this.
