I doubt that BRM Admin will can help you. But I can give you an advice: if you create your acount at Fultilt without promo code then contact Fultilt support and ask that they put your acount under BRM and also try recive rakeback. Good luck

Sorry - there's nothing we can do. The only way we can restrict our freerolls to our members, is to restrict them to only players who signed up at Full Tilt using our links. Since you already have an account, I'm afraid there's nothing to be done
