I'm strictly a poker man myself. But the other day i thought why not take advantage of the other promotions on offer. Having never played bingo before anywhere, let alone on the net, and only dabbled in the casino's, i thought i'd try a couple out. I download, & registered with Sierra casino and Bella Bingo. I chose those 2 because there seemed to be no restrictions and no bonus code was needed. "Just use this link" it said. Alas, there was no cash. Just a poor lonely account that reads $0.00. Now i know it's free money and i probably should'nt complain, but if they are going to offer these things , obviously to generate more traffic, then surely they should honor it. I raise this point because i spend 70% of my leisure time on the internet . Usually gambling sites such as poker, horse racing sportsbooks etc... And, if i like something then i am happy to invest my own cash.

There really should be some money in your account to play with, if you followed the instructions.
Have you tried contacting their support and see what might happend? For those sites, and casino sites in general, all the bonuses are handled directly by the site, so we don't issue any payments, and therefor cannot help out so much

Yep, i followed the instructions to the letter. Even re-read them several times. I know the fault does'nt lie with Bankrollmob and the onus is on the site that puts up the offer. I just find it annoying when sites do this. I've been caught out a few times in the past. Downloading their sites, taking advantage of their promos, only to find hidden catches or they were just simply bogus. Like i said, i'm only too happy to part with my own cash to site that i like and that are fair. I don't expect to strike it rich, just have a good time. I will contact them just on principle.

Please keep this thread updated with the results, or contact us directly at support (at) bankrollmob.com, if you encounter any problems. If they don't do what they promise to our users, we will have to get a hold of our contactperson there and figure it out.

Have sent e-mail to both and Will let you know. Gee, it was'nt easy finding Bella Bingos e-mail addy. When you do find it, they give you a choice of 2. One for week days and one for the weekend. Hard to figure out which one to use when your the other side of the world. Especially when you don't know where your mailing to. i thought the site was european, but i see it's registered in Costa rica.

Ok, i had fairly prompt reply from Sierra casino informing that the bonus had been deposited. Also a plus was that they went on to fully explain the conditions. As For bella Bingo, 24 hours and still no reply. Funny i had a feeling i would'nt hear from them.

I got the Bella bingobonus but I had some problems in the beginning. They were supposed to sent me an email with some sort of activation thing before the bonus would be issued, I never got it and sent an email off. They responded pretty quick. Don't worry you'll get your money.

Ive done this myself and am not a big fan of it, once i played through all the requirements to cash out and i didn't even recieve my money.They always give you a hard time when you want to cash out, even though you played trough all the requirements.

I havent seen a good bonus on any of the casinos yet. I am strictly poker also but i tried one casino the other night and thought i was entitled to $50 and they gave me some rediculous , method i had to go about to release it. Im sticking to poker from here on out.
