Both of my friends got approved, however they are only on level 4 as they can't request no deposit bonuses, do they need to send IDs? Please check.

According to the logs, you have been awarded 100 points for an approved level #4 signup, so 200 points in total for signups. Including the one you mailed us the e-mail address for (a 22 year old girl as far as i remember).

Any chance to increase their level? I have referred 2 friends and both of them were on lv 4. Also why are they on level 4?

Your friend has to complete the validation through phone or ID's, depending on the level, you will get diff amount of bonus .

if I got my third friend and end up in level 4, I may not refer them anymore and just sign up straight to BM. they could be under investigation for fraudulent activities and end up having no dep bonuses.
