whats wrong with ghana? lol essiens a quality player I think argentina or spain they both play the best as a team & have top top quality players, england have a chance, rooney will be fine, but they wont win it imo, amazing if they do im betting on argentina & mexico as outsider

But seriously, tradition has it for many years now, that after a European country takes the cup, the next one goes to South America... So it's basically Brazil or Argentina... I hope Messi will perform some magic and win!...

I answered Portugal not just because i am portuguese but really because i think its possible for them to win this year. Their biggest problem is to be a country with small power on european comunity and, therefore, in the world. Referrees pays very attention to that, if you know what i mean! Biggest problem for best teams will be the weather conditions: dont expect France to go too far... It will be good for Messi and Ronaldo, those to will stick to the semi-finals, i am sure.

england have to beat brazil in the semi final if they are to win it,spain may have the best team but when the pressure is on they will blow it as always.argentina scraped in thru the qualification with messi in the team so they will struggle at this level.the germans will be there or therabouts with their wear em down win 1-0 booooring football.
outside bet could be one of the african teams seeing as they have just played in a tournament just like this one so will have the edge on experience of playing together.the dutch and italians will play a part.

Well, if Messi does nearly as well as he does playing in Barcelona, then I have no doubt we will make this one But unfortunately (or due to mismanagement, more probably) he hasn't shown any flair yet when playing the national squad...

My heart is with Portugal all the way, but if I had to put some money on it I would bet on Spain. Portugal has a some excellent players (Ronaldo is the best), but some of the players that make the 23 are not that good and the coach does not seem that good. Spain have been playing quite good lately and come as the favorites IMO.
