I was lucky enough to scratch 3 jokers this morning, but there's a restriction if i want to play: there has to be (or have been) real money in my PartyPoker account. i have untill 8gmt tomorow
I just found out that there is a minimum you have to deposit(via moneybooker) of 20 or 25$ (18.29€ , and they're a bit sketchy about the withdrawl restrictions.
Can someone (who cashed out on PP) explain what the withdrawl restriction are on Partypoker?
My plan was to just deposit and then withdrawl the money i deposited....

You dont have to depost, just set up a real money account, fill in all the details and that should do. GL But if you do deposit with intents to just cash back out then dont take any bonuses as they might hinder a cash out also you will have to wait a few days b4 cashing out.
