I was going to play that yesterday, but couldn't... I've won 2 of those monthly million special tickets. Pretty tough getting in to first 20 no? 10 hours??? WTF?
Can you say how you played it? Donkfest or everyone serious from the beginning? I'm guessing the second?

I think it was kinda basic.. everybody were really serious and the tables were little tence. I gathered 10K chips pretty quickly but then my downhill begun

Hey good luck with the tourny. Play very tight, you will have 20,000 stating chips so don't blow them before the first break
Also be expected to play for at least 7/8 hours if you want to make final table. However if you reach top 200 places i think there is at least a $1000 payout. I wish you best of luck and remember there are many very good players out there playing this tourny

I did played a rebuy sattelite last month and finished 3rd - first 2 got tickets . I only got cash for 3rd place. Havent tried now the sattelites, but hope someday I can have a shot at million also .

i played that tourney once (x-mas calender win ) - my advice: even if its a 20k starting stack - dont play to tight, try to build a stack - already after two hours the blinds get very high...

cheers for the comments guys,not quite sure on how to play straight off agrresive play and try and build a nice stack or play safe untill mid stages ill figure it out yeah last monthly million about 1200 entrants and i think about 200 got payed and ill be happy to place who knows i could even win And IslandJack10 u were in it i looked u up but u must of backed out good luck with your tickets m8 monthly million special i played pretty tight all the way till end, and just scraped the blinds barely for entry to this !!
