ok peoples's of BRM what do you guys know about bonus whoring? pros ...cons everything throw it at me. The reason i ask is because bonus whoring for players starting out in online poker or online gambling is a crucial/vital part of bankroll success, when i first started playing online poker i didnt pay much attention to online bonuses,rakeback etc. Once i started putting more attention i noticed my bankroll grew a noticeable amount.....so what are your thoughts on the topic??

if your not looking for bonuses u will not win anything in online poker unless you are far better then your opponents. if u think about it the site takes 5% of everypot u win so if you dont win more then 55% OF the pots you will lose money .

Heh iam pretty screwed since a lot of pokerooms want for this bonusses that you never before had registered account there ... but i will soon resinstall and format my notebook so i will try some pokersavvy or rakeback or so or just simple some good bonus

Soon?? i would get started on this ASAP there is so much untapped bonuses and other capabilities that someone who has not done their research cant see, its always good to find out what there is out there, read the fine print and then get on to it. Casinos offer huge bonuses and with the right game play and perfect bonus whoring you can grow your bankroll substantially.

Bonus whoring basically is depositing money in a site and playing until you´ve cleared the bonus received from that deposit. Next step is moving on to a different site and making a larger deposit.

lol, i have all the information i need, i have actually stopped bonus whoring as of late, i havent needed to im concentrating on other things. i just wanted to get the opinions of the community and to see if any one else keeps both eyes open looking at every direction rather than solely being focused on playing poker.

ok well considering this is a free bankroll site, i will have to go with the later and recommend sunpoker, wheni first deposited at sun poker they had a 100% up to $50 + $40 monthly bonus which is not much but is prefect for those with a smaller roll. To clear the $50 bonus 250 raked hands are required, which to me has to be one of the smallest requirements out there. Im pretty sure this offer is still around and i think its a nice bankroll boost.

You can play any limit you like as rake is generated even from the smallest limits. $1 in rake must be generated for it to be considered a raked hand and there fore you recieve 1mpp, if .25c is generated then you will recieve .25mpp. My adviceis that the best games to clear on are 1/2 and 2/4 Limit Hold'em

You cannot reregister account on most of the rooms just by reformating HDD, they dont track your registry but some other thing. If youre changing those things youre commiting a crime not only in casino but in most developed countries. So think twice before doing this. On the other hand if you used your real data than nothing can help you because youre name will popup when you try to reregister, so you can commit another illegal activity which is illegal, i think everywhere, not to mention you will get banned and blacklisted from the site if you dont give them good reason for reregistration. So think twice before doing this either. There are some other things which most of the sites dont use for reregistration check but can be easily seen and you cannot do nothing about them which is legal and even your ISP would prosecute you for doing this. Point of all this is you can hunt for bonuses but duplicate accounts are forbidden and dont even try to open them bceause you cannot withdraw money from any casino or poker without showing some proof that you are who you say you are. Therefore you cannot use name John Smith take bonus, play it through and take the money. Stop opening new accounts and wait till youre ready to claim best offer possible from that site. Gambling market is on the rise and there will be more bonuses and offers from other sites, couple hundreds bucks are not worth imprisonment. Patience is a virtue.

I didnt know anything about the whloe bonus thing when I first started playing online, so I didnt get any obviously. Full Tilt will thro me bonuses every couple months because of my play on there. But you have to look under bonus offers everytime you get on or you wont get those either.

Exactly my point. Gambling sites offer what on first look appear as much better offer to new players but there are much more offers for existing players, im not talking about dormant accounts. Various VIP levels and rakebacks bla, bla,bla...
Dont engage in fraudelant activity when you can get bonus without. I missed many bonus offers when i started playing too and i try to live with it. Theres always from time to time some incentive for existing players which is not anounced at their web site but received in email offers.
