I don't know has anyone noticed this...I am playing a lot at winnerpoker using SSS and was doing really well... Now they have changed minimum buyin limit to 30BB...a least at low and micro limits....

I'm not personally hurted from SSS players, it's is quite easy to me playing against them (I do a lot of succesful stealing ). On the other side I play sometimes SSS to generate points for bonuses on sites with dealt rake.

Well now I am experienced enough to switch to BSS....and for now things look good....I don't know how will I end up..but BSS is a lot more interesting to play....and I had to move down to NL10....cause I don't have enough bankroll to stay in NL20.....

yes,the Bss may not be suitable for all of us! if someone wishes to play BSS for a longer period of time i thinks he should learn a lot before risking to go so bankrupt that he's gonna sell his easern european house (in a country like bulgaria,russia,romania or bosnia) for some 50000$ which amount doesn't really counts for a pro BBS player

Good. LOL, im just messin, I like to sit with the short stacks, find them quite easy to play, so dont see why people are moaning, dont like it shut the table and move on, its that easy. Also think most sites set up table with min BI, so they can play there.
What will this actually do, well if I was a SSS player id cash out and play else were.

Most of the sites are going this direction to avoid players leaving their site because of the proliferation of SSS. FullTilt at least has opened exclusively-shortstack tables...which at least at NL5/NL10 isn't very different of what it was before

i dont understand this.I know site`s with tables where u only can play with the maximum buyin and tables with no maximum buyin.I think thats is the right way for a site.Where every player can play with there money he had.

complaining about shortstacks ??? Thats like complaining about poker sites being rigged ... ADJUST YOUR GAME AND TAKE THEIR MONEY THEN and if SSS is such an UNBEATABLE tactic just play SSS yourself .

The SSS has die. First FTP, and now PS and iPoker.. All 'thanks' to the great losers of the BSS that can´t adjust their play to one basic strategy like SSS. The next step for that **** is kill the MS. And when thay finally do that, maybe they will find why the can´t win versus other strategies.. because they are all fishes!!
Bye, and a minute of silence for the SSS that gives me hundreds of $.

30 bb is also not much considering 40/50 at other sites. think 30 bb is a bit midway compromise for both shortstackers and big stacks, 30 bb wont hurt much the no of buyins for shortstacks and wud provide better play for big stacks. move to try keep both of them

Problem is if you play against big stacks and short stacks at the same table.

rake is rake, i dont think people will play bigger pots (generating more rake) just because of raising minimum buy in.
Well, obviously, the pots are bigger when people go all in with bigger buy-ins. Anyway, I hate Shortstackers, because they are really annoying to play against, i think it somehow takes out the essence of poker from the game. So that's good news for me
