Good for you! Thats a great result $113... not to be sniffed at. I havent played any of the cash out tournys yet. They look interesting, a new take on a great game. As i understand you can take chips from the table and cash them at any time, good in theiory. I might just give it a go this weekend. I might have a look for some stratergy.
cash out tourneys can be great fun, but you have to be careful you dont blow your stack trying to get to teh final table, losing a nice payout in the process.
Many a time I've played on trying to get to the final table and lost a large payout.

In cashout tournaments some money goes to prize pool and the rest in cashout pool (example: in 2+20, 1 goes to prize and 1 to cashout, 1500 chips =1$). After level 1 you can cash out your chips or part of them for $. When you reach final table all chips cashout(but remain in players) and players continue for the prizes. I ve seen them only in FTP.

Hi preedator76.
Congrats for your first Cash-out tounament. A prize of a little more of 55 buy-in is great reward for the time you spend. Do you found this kind of tournament more or less difficult than standard?

you start like 1500 chips and (in 2$+0.20) 1500 chips wort 1$ and the 1$ go to the prize pool. so for example you got 15000 you can cash out for 10$ but you have 0 chip left that the basic principe

nice cashout 113$ is pretty good for 2.2$ buyin looks like an interesting new idea for tournaments, will change the strategy for tournaments. but dnt think many hardcore tourney players will like it will surely try it some day.
