PARTY POKER  0
Hey guys, i just want to know your thoughts on Party Poker.

The site seems to have a bad rep and in my opinion i think it is a great site. They have regular freerolls. They are not bombarded with 100,000s people trying to enter $100 freerolls making it impossible to win. Their support is great. Their withdrawel system is top class. I withdrew $100 2 weekends ago over the easter bank holiday period. I put my request in on friday and by saturday it was in my account. As it was the easter weekend none of those days were business working days, so they had my request processed in ZERO working days. Most sites take forever. Party processed it within 30 hours.

I will also mention i have put ALOT of money on Party poker, i am trying to learn to play higher stakes and i like to play with good players so it is costing alot but i'm also learning alot. I've had some bad beats recently and i lost my entire bankroll. I was about 85% complete on one of my bonus' which would release another $100 into my account. I emailed their support team asking if they would manually release the bonus as i was having some bad luck. Within 30 mins they emailed me back and said that although they would not usually do this, on this occasion they will manually release the bonus so i can continue playing without having to make another deposit.

So i just wanted to know what everyone thinks about Party Poker. Why do they have akinda bad rep? What do you think? LEt me and all the other users know. Personally i think we should all be playing on party Smile

Party is a decent site. And i don't think they have a bad rep. A few years ago the client software was very buggy, but that has changed.

yes ive heard alot of people giving it a bad reputation but in my opinion i think its one of if not the best site ive played on as for the amount of freerolls in one day.
I started on party via brm no deposit bankroll i didnt do too good with that like but then you can play $100 freerolls or bankroll builders every hour or two and $250's.
And i also got chance to do a 'uk monthly million freeroll' and qualified threw to a monthly million special and now im in the actuall $1m tourny for absoulutely f*** all lol .

The only bad thing about party poker is that for micro stakes players who like sitngo will have some problems to find a game... and indeed the other bad thing is that they don't accept US players.

If not it's indeed a good site but IMO far from being better than the 2 monsters that is FTP and PS.

Ive been playing on party a lot, cleared out loads of bonuses. Have played few tourneys there - some won some final tabled, but mostly play plo 25nl there.

You want to know why it has bad reputation - imo Party poker is a big network mostly biult on gambling as it involves also Party - bingo; casino & sportsbetting. Now imagine what damage those gamblers will do when they all appear in cash tables gambling every single penny they have lol. Ofc its good at one hand as its loads of free money but then again it means huge amounts of bad beats also Blink

Edit: and traffic in that site is really poor. eg when you play 4 tables cash and log on next day to play again multi cash its the very same players in your tables. Its like playing with 20 players and thats all.

I don't like it very much. But as is my case with poker sites, I usually base my call on whether the software is good for me and connection issues. I'm undecided yet on the software, but the disconnections I've suffered on party are way too many to be random Sad Sad

honestly party poker has been a very judgemental site for me with some the Terrible bad beats i suffered along time ago so my account there is inactive for over 12 months lol

party poker is ok, but if you want instant access to your money then there is only one site:-Ladbrokes. You can withdraw your winnings within minutes- yes minutes!! has good traffic but bad point is the % of aces on the river. about .012 % more aces on the river than the flop or turn! may not seem a lot but when you are all in with KK and you get called by an Ace rag - its annoying losing on the river. % is taken over 5 billion hands dealt. So its not me bleating- its cold hard facts. Banking is the best of any other sites and SHARKSCOPE cant detect your history!!

Bear in mind i had spent over $2000 dollars in just ovr a month. They only released $100... 5% of what i'd put into their site. Consider it a rakeback LOL

Thanks dude this is what i was looking for. A logical answer to why party has a bad rep, that makes alot of sense Smile Lots of betting and i guess if someone won a big stack gambling they could easily go and fish on some cash tables and get lucky lol Smile

I've been playing there for some months now and I think it is great. I love the client software, the ton load of freerolls and the regular deposit bonus.

ive seen it as a good site but i lost my no deposit bonus in a really bad way only bad beats but never the bad beat jackpot, i think some of my bank went off in a tilt feeling, but they tried to cheat me once, before i got the no deposit bonur they(the auto live support window) were telling me that i shoulded bake a deposit to be able to play, but they were just bluffing Angry wnat kind of support is that, now i think that might be a good site only for the freerolls and the sport bets
