Yes they have contract with FTP and they play at low stakes because of other players may play with pros, somewhere I read about that, they must play each week or day few hours in diffrent games
contract.today played in FT big dollar tourney. where top 5 get tickets to the 12000$ ME qualify and sat with unknown to me red pro from switzerland. she folded every hand the whole hour till she got pocket aces, and i got pocket jacks (i got the third one on flop ) she wasn't interested in the gameat all. sometimes i see the red pros in 6 FTP SnGoes.

Contracts they have to play everywhere there like semi celebs on the respective sites so when they play low more people come to table more money = more rake
Part of there contract obligations. You'll almost always see 1 red pro playing micro stakes every day. There's no solid reason for it and I'm sure they don't bring there best game when playing low limits.

Hi guys
Pros play in low stakes and freerolls by contract obligations. Is easy find some of them playing NL10 and asking to all the questions of the other players.

The only one I ever saw was Sexton's son, and he got out real early in a tourney. Never seen them on S&G's. Anybody know what level you can play them on? I'm still playing low 2.25 limits.

i've even played with them at 1.10$ 90 seater sit&go's, i've seen them there quite regularly. I wasn't gonna play that sit&go myself, but then i saw a pro was playing that and registered
Yes, it's about the their contract but indeed some pros don't have it on their contract... for example durrrr, John Juanda, P.Antonius etc... are not going to be found on those low stakes limits...
You can play some of the regular red pros who regularly play private password protected low stakes tournaments...

Some of the players ft has put points into the contract that they MUST play lower stakes also in order to attract players. But as Calmplay said above - its obv Durr and other high stakes pros are not going to bother themselves (obv its not in their contract) with it as it would be -EV for them to waste a table for lower limits
