he was involved in a hand againts Dujam at the latest edition of HighStakesPoker, preflop raise by Dujam,a strange call with J8 from Negreanu againts the AK pocket of the opponent followed by a flop containing two aces! as Dujam always continues betting and forbetting, thanks to his image wasn't believed having an ace,so Negreanu keeped calling with his low-odded J insight straighter card. on the turn there comes an even nice King, turning a three of a card in full-house:normal bet Dujam reraise Negreanu!!!,an the river he realised he is in a big problem and finally folded! what was he thinking?

You allready answered your question. Easily he could have a PP up to QQ. Havent seen this hand, but depending on positions he should 3bet or fold. If Dujam called the 3 bet he wouldnt play that hand like it he did.
It's the most common mistake in pros: believe they are pros. I've seen Gus Hansen lose amounts of money playing 72o and bluffing, thinking that his opponent couldn't caught a good hand. This situations make me laugh!

I agree with Merkkari. HSP is not for Negreanu! If you read his blog now, then he writes there that hes learning to play 6max high stakes cashgames right now. He havent played cashgames never in his life except high stakes poker, where his preformance has always been weak lol.
I havent checked his ptr for a while but when he started cashgames in pokerstars then he was up 130k in one point and after that went to downswing more than 130k with a day. Atleast he admits himself that he has lot to learn, and hes aware of that, in high stakes cashgames so obv he cant have impressing results in high stakes poker series also

maybe he had a bad run.I´ve it for 2 years over 3 month.I lost every hand where i was favourite.I misses every flop, when i got qq´s in flop ak and so on.I like negreanu i think he is a good player and 150000 is not much money for him
I really like Negreanu and he can make some very very good reads. But he had never appeared to do that well in high stakes poker.
Cant fault the guy for trying the bluff though, im sure we have all been caught many times doing a similar thing. Just not recorded for national television

Just saw this episode and it was naeusiating. (spelling?) I always liked Negreanu, he seems like a nice guy, and I though he has, until now, been unlucky playing HSP. Liike that time he oversetted Hansen, and Hansen gets quads on the turn. You don't get away from that...
