Or maybe he found an another mansion much better than this one, if I had 2 million to spend on a mansion, I would not buy this one... I don't like to use something that has been used by someone else before Smile

Nice little shack, although I'd prefer Los Angeles.. but they don't mention if Jenna Jameson and her girlfriends are living in the area... too bad, this would boost its price Big Smile

I'm about 1,994,000 short, dammit.

By the way, is the quote right? I obviously don't hang up in those real estate circles, but seeing the photos and getting the overall size of the mansion, and the surroundings, 2M seems like a very cheap price...

He will never get anywhere close to that amount for it, Las Vegas is the number 1 forecloser market in the world, What he thinks its worth and what it is really worth is 2 different things, He house tops should range from $1 million to $1.1 million at the most, theres no way he is getting anything close to that amout

lol Big Smile

Let's make a deal..... Blink

If I make it to Vegas and get at least $2 million, I'll buy it and split the house with you.
You do the same.
We can find 1 more to participate, because there are 3 bedrooms. Big Smile
Then we can live in Vegas, play real poker, live the life....

What a georgeous villa! Shock
