He will never get anywhere close to that amount for it, Las Vegas is the number 1 forecloser market in the world, What he thinks its worth and what it is really worth is 2 different things, He house tops should range from $1 million to $1.1 million at the most, theres no way he is getting anything close to that amout
^Well Phil Ivey loses and wins millions on a regular basis... so lets jst say i don't think he'll be commiting cuz of a $1M drop on the price of his house...

If I make it to Vegas and get at least $2 million, I'll buy it and split the house with you. You do the same. We can find 1 more to participate, because there are 3 bedrooms. Then we can live in Vegas, play real poker, live the life....
