PartyPoker has just released an update regarding the buy-ins at their cash game tables. The standard tables will now have a minimum buy-in of 35 big blinds, while the maximum buy-in will be the same as before, 100 big blinds. These tables will have no prefix unless they are Speed, Super Speed or Jackpot games.
The tables with a minium buy-in of 20 big blinds can still be found in the PartyPoker lobby, and they will have a "20BB Min" prefix attached. However, the maximum buy-in there will be 40 big blinds and they will be available in both the regular and Speed formats.

I guess this is the way all rooms will handle the short stacker problem. Players can still play with a 20BB buy-in on the "short" tables, but the normal ones are no longer good for the SSS.
Why does others stack size really matter for SSS. Isn't everyone limited by your stack size? Or do you mean SSS wont work if everyone at the table uses it?
