Moneybookers is free to open an account with. Just go to www.moneybookers.com and create an account.
Once its set up then its easy to use and Moneybookers is great for depositing and withdrawing to, especially on PS and FULL TILT because once you have deposited with Moneybookers, you can withdraw back to there, and any withdrawal is instant so once you withdraw the money is there in your MB account right away.

In fact you can use MB with (almost?) any pokersite, some sites just take longer for withdrawal. MB just charges 1,80 Euro for withdrawal from MB to your bankaccount, so either spend any winnings online or only make large withdrawals.

Only free thing is cheese in mousetrap. Offcourse they earn from your action, but thats the price you are willing to pay, if you compare troubles and time. Once your money is on MB account, you can use it on any pokersite, shopping etc. One thing to remember, if you open account, make sure you open it in currency you need most, so probably dollars, if you play poker. Otherways they charge you everytime you deposit or withdraw.
