William Hill Problem  0
I got the no deposit bonus from William Hill Casino and I earned a little bit more than 300€ and I also met the wagering requirements so I wanted to withdraw the 300€. After a week there was still no money on my Moneybookers account, I only got the 20€ that I had to deposit to be able to withdraw back.
They said that I violated the rules and that I'm not eligible for the withdrawal for that reason and they kept mentioning this: "The No Deposit Bonus will only be issued once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, any environment where computers are shared (schools, workplaces, public libraries, etc) and/or per account.".
The problem is that my boyfriend also received the no deposit bonus and that I once played at his place. But we don't live in the same household or anything, so the bonus was issued once per person, family etc and all the terms and conditions were followed. I don't understand why I shouldn't be able to play wherever I want to and always play just on my own computer, that's nonsense. And as far as I understand the condition about issuing the bonus only once, it really does only talk about about issuing the bonus and not using the bonus afterwards.
Could anyone help me out here? I really don't want to give up on the money.

First of all, congratulations if you have won 300€ in casino. I think is the first person I know. Secondly and unfortunately, you are not the first person who have problems to withdrawing. The only thing I can think of is that: let your boyfriend. You won't be family no more and you could withdraw your money Big Smile Sorry, just joking, my advice is fight and fight. I don't know if they have online support. Sometimes is easier talking to somebody. Emails are slow and standards pre-typed models. And good luck!

I talked to the online support a million times but they only kept pasting me the same condition that was supposed to be violated. I got really mad once, said that I'm going to talk to my lawyer about this and went offline. After a few days, the manager contacted me via email and I explained the situation and then waited for about two weeks and got no reply... I wrote an email to the support again about when can I expect a reply from the manager (they all use the same email address...) and again waited and waited. He said that even if my boyfriend also uploads his ID (so they could see that we don't live in the same household) that I still won't get the money because I violated the rules.
My lawyer agrees with me and claims that I didn't violate any rules because that one is only about issuing the bonus. I wonder if there are any mediators between casinos and the customers, who could solve this problem.

hopefully you will get the money but i have my doubts about that . if you read terms and conditions you will find for sure a note that the casino is able to cancel all transactions and close accounts whenever they want to without even give a reason .be sure you are not the first with this problem and surely you will not be the last but maybe when you google a bit you will find a site who takes care of such situations and perhaps can help you out with this issue .

that's unfortunate, but I'd have to agree with the Casino on this one. Many people would try and violate the one per person/household/IP address type thing by simply signing up another name from a mates house, public internet cafe etc and then playing at the place where they'd already had a previous account.

From the point of view of the casino or even a poker room, I'd view this as suspicious also. If I were offering 1 household/family/etc and I get a signup under one address then playing under the same IP address as a previous NDB taker, I'd probably ban the withdrawal also..

Unfortunate. But be more careful in the future.

Do you know if you can transfer this money in a William Hill poker account? If so, maybe you are not completely lost ...

I reply hope you do get they money but I think there is little chance of it. They do these schemes to sucker you in, they make it terribly difficult if you win and want to withdraw

Hi skanda.

Unfortunately casino sites does things like that at every time. No matter how much you win and play, if you begin with a no deposit bonus, do a cashout is impossible.

Bye!!

Will Hill is regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Comissioner: http://www.gra.gi/

Maybe it helps if you contact the casino and say that you will make a complaint to the regulating body if the problem is not solved.

I am not quite sure of what you are writing here, but if you signed up yesterday, and then sent in the documents after that, there is a GOOD chance that they have not yet been able to process them.

Have you sent in the documents they are asking for??
