I signed up for your site and recently took advantage of a Players Only promotion which was suppose to give me a 1000 VIP Points which were apparently" worth $50 or even $100"
The following conversation I have with a Players only representative indicates these points are only worth 10 dollars and can only buy me into a 10 dollar poker game.
Can you please explain how these points are worth $50 or 100$ as your Bankroll promotion states.
Whats even more confusing is I got an email telling me I got 40 gold coins in my account but the rep told me that promotion has expired. I am getting a very bad first impression from this.
I would appricate any support in getting the value of the 50$ promotion i originally signed up for, not ten dollars.

One of my friends has also had bad start with players only - he registered an account and depod and everything, then 1 day later they closed the account, giving any further information, just said it was office decision - like wtf? imo - its usa site and so they say its a big gambling site, so many things aint correct with that site, tho it belongs to same network as cake and doyles room - its never copearable with those 2 rooms. I would never play on that site for what Ive heard now!

slickdon - that's odd. We only received information that the points changed because they changed software, so it went from 40 gold chips to 1000 vip points. We haven't been informed of any change in value, but I've already contacted our contact person with Players Only to get a clear answer on this. Sorry for the confusion.

not just the players only is a trap-promotion! the celeb poker value points offer for those countries which doesn't qualify for the real money bankroll is working based on the same logic of cheating,disrespecting and liyng a customer

It would be nice if Players only or bankroll mob could either provide me more points or some kind of credit as I was promised 50$ for signing up and I have only received a value of 10$.
If this cannot be done, I think you guys should change your promotion on the bankroll page to represent the true value of this as 10$ free from players only, not 50$.

------------ The offer has now been updated - new signups (as of today) will be given 5000 points by Players Only, equal to the $50 - but can go as high as $100 depending on the tournaments selected for buy-in.

they were only worth $12.50 on there old site to not $50

I don't know what they were worth on the old site - we only have the information we receive from the site directly, but since the old site is no more, it's the current site we need to focus on. And the information I received an hour ago, states that 5000 points is equal to $50 but can be as high as $100 depending on the kind of tournaments you use them for.

Thanks for the quick reply.I think you will agree however this seems very unfair to me.
Given the situation is there anyway that you could ask the Players Only rep if I could be given the 4000 extra points as well?
i understand you may not be able to do that, however, I feel this whole situation is very unjust for me. I signed up for this promotion with good faith that I would be receiving a bonus with a value of 50$ as your promotion clearily stated, which would actually be 5000 points. I was given 1000 points which only had a value of 10$ dollars (as clearily stated above by the players only rep).
I have actually not even played yet because I felt somewhat gyped at only receiving a value of 10$ when I was promised 50$. Which is a shame because I actually think the site looks ok.
I honestly would not have signed up if I knew the value was only ten dollars, it would not be worth my while to play for that low as well give up any potential rakeback. I only signed up because your website listed the value as 50$.
I dont believe Players Only will compensate me at all, because they say they are not responsible for affilate offers. therefore, I am stuck in the middle and because I brought it up everyone else will get the proper amount of points, which I guess is good for them, but really does not do anything for me.
Overall, I feel very unsatisfied with the whole situation as this was my first bankroll with the mob and I heard you guys had a great reputation for being honest and standing by your offers.
I would be disappointed to find out this was not true.
I would greatly appricate if you could attempt to resolve this situation in a way that you feel is fair and just for all parties involved. it would be great if you could reply here or PM me with a reply.

I just noticed that the e-mail we send out once we click "approve" in our backend, still says 1000 points. This is unfortunate and I'm sorry - I just changed it to 5000 points. If you mean that you actually only got 1000 points from Players Only, then there's something wrong - we made a deal with them yesterday to give 5000 points, not 1000.
