i signed up yesterday at playersonly for the 5000vip point bonus but i only got 1000.
the promotion details said 5000vip points for mob-users,and i really want the other 4000 because its impossible to play with 10 bucks and bankrollmanagement.
Do you have the VIP points already in your account or did you just get a message from Bankrollmob saying you got 1000VIP points? If the points are already on your account,try contacting PlayersOnly live support,maybe they could credit the other 4000...
i had registering and yesterday and today 5000 vippoints. then i registering to an 1500 garant tourney with rebuy and addon, but the bad was the vippoints can use for entry 550 but not for rebuy or some. The lucky was i dont use any rebuy or addon and make the 2 place with 400 $ Are they any withdrawal condition for this Promo? Had any experience with withdrawas at this porkerroom? Ok so after recieving the 5000 VIP points last night,my account has been suspended for some reason. Here is a part of the conversation I had with the live support after:
Jennifer Doyle: Unfortunately, your account has been disabled for security and verification purposes. We cannot disclose any details, other than this was a decision taken at Management level. Regrettably, we will be unable to enter into further correspondence pertaining to this matter.
You: Well,so what should I do then?I did nothing wrong,I did not even play one hand on this site yet,never had an account here before etc.
You: So I don't know why it would be disabled

So..my account has been suspended for a reason they don't even know,and they say it can not be reinstated? What a joke of a site

You cannot change the points in cash, they are only good for tournamet buy in.
@ chris : i do not find any withdrawal restictions for this Promo, but it is a merge room and the merge verification process for the first withdrawal is censored
