Hi just registerd a time ago to your site and get this 19 $ on celebpoker from you after playing and getting more money on this account over 200$ this is a amount for me ill try to cash out...
But im still waiting for the money.. only get some informatuon that ill have to wait longer heres the copy&past chat with the support

Pokersites ALWAYS take longer to withdraw than deposit to. Simply because they have to do their checks.
Firstly I will bet any money you havent given them their ID that they require before you cashout ie driving license etc. This is standard pn almost every site you play on. If you havent given them ID you wont get paid. Simple as that.
Secondly, I would hazard a guess that you didnt read the terms and conditions properly when you took the no deposit bonus, so it could well be you cant withdraw yet because you havent fulfilled the conditions that they require before you cashout.
48 hours is not a long time to wait, especially not on Ipoker sites who are notoriously strict on security measures.

I had the same bonus but thru a different site and I had cleared all but the last level wanted to do a cashout so said the hell with the last 60 and cashed out... 2 weeks later I cleared the 60. So for me anyway I was able to cash some money out and still get the rest of the bonus but yikes it took 3 months to clear the entire bonus
but you are right he prob didn't send in ID in which just do so they looked at mine within a couple of days

lol, you requested a cashout and the 28.04.10 and you're posting about a failed cashout on the 30.04.10 ?? Seriously dude, give it time, plus when you first cashout you need to provide ID, possibly deposit funds, etc, it get's smoother on subsequent withdrawals once you're not considered a security risk.
Anyway, gl with it, but you haven't given it a chance, you were just acting like a complete douche to that person from support

sometimes u must wait not all site´s have the same cashout produce .And it´s not the mistake from the support they have there rules what they can do and what is forbidden.I know it i work 2 years as a costumer supporter for a handy concern.But sometimes u can get a email or can chat with the floor manager when u ask for it.To ask for the floor manager is a good way when the support not can help u.

OH my god, i made withdraw today on Pokerstars, but money was not on my account yesturday.This is all scam, they cheat. Didnt they know before im going to witheraw.

They're jerks like that. Once I lost $200 on PKR, I couldn't understand why thy hadn't auto-withdrawn if for me the day before. Surely they knew all the rivers would be rigged for me the next day (they did do the boom-switch clicking yes?) why would I have wanted the money still in there?
I recently requested a withdrawal at i-poker... I remember I got the same chat support when I had a question about my verifcation of ID and address in order to withdraw the money which BTW I successfully received...
All I can say is that the first ever withdrawal an an i-poker site is gonna be long until you do the verification (if they ask you).
From my experiences with this network (i-poker), they are pretty slow in their withdrawal processes and I can't tell you why, maybe because they have only 1 or 2 person working as the finance department there to deal with hundreds of withdrawal requests...

Well, right now is sunday. Just wait a few days into next week, and I'm sure it will all work out. As I wrote earlier, I have withdrawn from Celeb without any probs. But it took a few days.
