Why should you scratch if you aren't able to play the freeroll anyways. So just don't scratch and leave the tickets for people who can play please if you got a playmoneyaccount? Don't get the point

I think everyone deserves to scratch. Being in BRM is showing the wolrd they like poker, but perhaps their time to bet for real hasnt come yet. So let them have the chance, who knows if this will be the time for them to make a first deposit and start playing for real?

Italian players are not allowed to have a partypoker account cause party haas recently started a .it pokerroom but I'm still scratching to see how lucky I am

Don't see any problem in this, let them scratch. I have an account for real money there, but I know I won't ever win because I could not play this freeroll on it; it's not allowed

I played on Saturday and there was a lot of seats taken with out players playing... at one point i was the only player playing at a full table so i just had to keep raising to win the blinds . Good for me but not great poker playing ... Still i get to the final table and there was 8 players playing so it was a little more interesting. I did manage to get through so im really looking forward to the big tourny.

it's indeed a bit stupid to scratch and hoping to win a ticket when you can't play the freeroll but i think everyone decide for himself if he wants to do such stupid thing and give others less opportunities to win a ticket .
If brm let people play freeroll with no-real money account, what is PartyPoker winning? This fact doesn't seem to be interesting to PartyPoker, thus they are paying the prize.

i think those who are not gonna play or cant play qualifier , shouldnt scratch cos they will just be wasting a seat which could have been won by someone who could have played. ( dang hope wht i wrote makes some sense )
