Today I was playing in 551 entrants 2.2 tourney fee on full tilt. Reached final table and was 4th in stack, have pocket aces and do a raise, got called by second in chips, flop are 3 spades, opponent checks, I push, he got A10 of spades, so I was dead. Off course it was my own fault, should have gone away from the hand, ended up on the eight place and recevied 27.5, but I feel there was more possible for me, I still believe it's my own fault, but it's a hard one

Im pretty sure every decent poker player has had atleast 10 bad beats in final tables. Sick when it happens I know - Also in final table - I didnt had aces, but I was more than 93% favourite before the river

It wasnt that big money in there (5$ buy in and round 100 player field), but still it made me a little angry lol.

ouch i understand your pain you and kristan happen this to me a couple of time even in final table th only thing you can do is and hope to win the next tournament

Yeah in that position you could have layed it down...it would have been a great laydown if you did but its at times like that you need to think....Any 2 spades has you beat and you dont want to go broke so deep in a tourny doing so well. I think you saw the finish line and didnt think about much else after that..... To reach this far and make the final table is a good achievement for sure so dont be too harsh on your self. Learning by our mistakes makes us better players. Good cash.... better luck next time.
