I just got this mail:
"The Full Tilt Poker Security department has recently concluded an extensive investigation and we have determined that some of your opponents were in violation of our site terms.
We have permanently closed all of the offending accounts. In cases of proven cheating, 100% of the confiscated funds are returned to the players who were victimized. The reimbursement calculation is based on the number of tournaments or hands played against the offending players, and the amount won or lost against them.
We have determined that you are entitled to a refund of $6.50 which will be placed in your account in the next 72 hours.
For a number of reasons, we are unable to provide any other additional information regarding this case, including the players involved and the game type where it occurred. We thank you for your understanding in this regard. The vigilance of our players in reporting suspicious behavior is an important addition to our ongoing diligence against unethical conduct, and we carefully investigate every concern of suspicious activity.
If you believe you have witnessed unfair play at our tables, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. If there is any other way we can be of assistance, please let us know.

I think someone complained about possible colusion etc and FT deemed that it happened and gave you back $6.50 Hate cheeters love it when they get caught and love getting my $$$$ back when that happens

to many cheater played and just bug the dealing machine and they must stop it and bring back money its terrible one thing then u are aty the leading positions and all was closed
That happened to me 2 times before, I was the one who made the complaint.
1st time, it was at Full Tilt Poker in a $2 buy in game. I finished the bubble but got $24 as refund because I would finish in the money if those cheaters were not doing chip dumping etc...
2nd time (which is recently), at a $3 game at WinnerPoker (i-poker network) and once again I was the one who did the complaint and once again I was the bubble (lol) but after 2 weeks of investigation (yeah at the i-poker they took a little longer) I got a $46 refund and was very happy indeed

yeah, it definetly sounds like colusion here. I dont know about you BR but i guess every cent you just get that way is rather cool

Strange. This never happened to me. I try to send e-Maisel for support until they libeararem my account again! A friend confirmed the ID and they have unlocked the account, but that was in the PS'

Same thing is happens to me,in one tourney 3 Romanian players are telling which cards who have and when to someone of them to fold,they comunicate on their language but I know what is happening and more than 10 min.I speak with them and telling them to stop and because they didn't stop I lose my nerves and report colusion,that was on Full tlit and fulltilt do investigation and i get similar e-mail with attachment of all tourney(parts where was colusion) Good job of Full tilt

Yes indeed, FTP took this very seriously and best of all worked on it very quickly which is very positive as you'll get your refund plus compensation in a short delay...
No need to wait for 2 weeks as I did for the i-poker one
It's not a good news to write someone stole you money while you thought you were playing protected by common rules. By the way 6,5 back are better than nothing
