hello all has any one got a good source for learning bankroll management i think this is where my game fails and i need some help to get it under control also leeks and how to find a leek in your game would like to find that out as-well

I'm sure there are other sites there that give poker advise. You only need to be diligent in searching for them. Also try to read some books about the game.
