Wow, that's a big dare, especially since technology and culture has enabled women to have access to almost every advantage that men traditionally had. This things should be thought thru, especially since poker is not a very physical sport. I mean of course endurance during long sessions is essential, but it is a traditional strength of women, not men, so a claim like Mike's are made on best shaky ground. That is to say nothing of a woman's charm (if she has it) that can be used w/ very effective results. Yes, poker players have some immunity but of course, we shouldn't discount it altogether. I'd say that Mike might have some cold nights on the streets of Vegas ahead of him.

lol, i dont understand why some of you people feel men have an advantage in poker?? Anybody, man woman or child can raise, fold or check, its down to the cards and luck then, no advantage can be made in poker by being male. There are a lot more pro level male players then female players, thats the only reason they havent been winning many main events, because there are less of them entering....
After seeing Matusow insta-fold KQ suited in the small Blind against a standard raise in the last episode of high stakes poker, i consider him to be a woman him(her)self. A hairy and ugly one, but definetly a pu**y.
So Mike, why are you betting against your own sex? Thats not nice.
But if he somehow manages to win 2 or 3 bracelets, he should be forced to do what he promised.

There is a lot more to poker than raise, fold, check, get lucky and if you think any different you aren't going to last very long in poker my friend. Poker is a game of logic, maths and psychology. Whether men have an advantage over women in these skill areas is debatable but I think most people here agree that men are more likely to win since men out-number women in pro poker. You are not the first to point out this obvious factor.
