It is different for all bankrolls, I belive. If you read the fine-print the information is usually there. Sometimes you have to accumulate a certain number of points before you can withdraw anything, and sometimes before you can withdraw the bonusmoney (but the winnings you can withdraw when you like).
Quite often you will have to make one deposit before you can withdraw, so that they can see it's the same name on both accounts, or something.

each of the rooms have different conditions. It has nothing to do with how big your bankroll is, it's all about how much rake you've generated for them. Basically, it always works out so the profit you need to generate for them is more substantial than the free money they gave you.
Check the terms for the specific bonus you have received.
