But it's probable that the guy believes his demand can get some attention from someone for a start... then they will start to discuss the "how and what", and slightly persuade him into this... maybe he's thinking there are people here that win bigtime and are willing to give a tip to the first person who asks them instead of the dealer...

Yeah, it's probably that way it works. But it just feels so... hopeless. Especially when there's so many NDB:s out there. A person that can't make profit with any of them, maybe poker isn't his/her game...
