Hi mobsters, a lot of people asking lately (myself too) about the cashout policy of PartyPoker after taking their NDB through BankrollMob. I recently contacted the support department of Party Poker at <[email protected]> asking them about cashouts.
I've taken the starting $25 NDB from BankrollMob, played a lot of freerolls and SnG so I got over $100 in my account and wanted to make a small cashout. Mind that I didn't manage to clear my bonus by getting the required PartyPoints in time, so a week before the bonus was about to expire I FORFEITed it (there's a link below the bonus that enables you to do this). So as long as you DON'T have an ACTIVE bonus, you can cashout any amount from your account. There's no restriction concerning PartyPoints and such. Another thing is that f you want to cash out with VISA, you gotta make a small deposit with this same Visa first. That's what I did, deposited 25euros and used the bonus code BSRELOAD25 in my first deposit. I haven't cashed out yet, since cashing out now that I have the Reload25 bonus active, will make this bonus end, but there's nothing stopping me if I really want to cash out (I'll just lose this bonus)
Here is the customer support answer which I think clarifies a lot:

I’d like to confirm for you that in general you can cash out the amount that is in your available balance. It is amount without restrictions. However keep in mind that at the moment you are targeted for one of our special bonus offers. It is 100% up to $ 25.00 USD (€ 20.93 EUR) deposit one and if you decide and withdraw funds as long as the bonus offer is active it will drop. You can check the bonus in your account. When logged, click on ‘My Account’ link on the left side of the Party Poker lobby. From the sub tabs select Account and then ‘Bonuses’ tab. Then in the ‘New bonuses’ section you will see the bonus and its details.
Let me advise you also about the cash out options available for your country: Visa and Visa Electron, Entropay, Neteller, Moneybookers, My Citadel wallet, Bank Transfer, Bank Wire Transfer, Check by Premium delivery and Check by Mail. Note that as most the options require to have made a deposit with the respective option in the last 6 months, at the moment you can use the last four of the list above. I’d like to confirm for you that it will not depend on the Party Points you accumulated if you can cash out or not.
In order to make cash out, you will need to follow the procedure below:
1) log into the Party Poker Lobby 2) from the left side navigation area select My Account 3) click on the tab Cashier and sub tab Cash out 4) You will see all the cash out options available for you. 5) Click on the green ‘Cash out’ button next to the option you selected

Thanx, I just made it a little complicated, to cover the situation of not managing to clear my active bonus (as this is what happened to me). The bottom line is that any time you have more in your account than your original NDB and you decide that you don't want to keep clearing any bonus, you can cash out that extra money you made without party point restriction. The PP support department was quick, very friendly and precise to what I asked, so I believe that anybody who has a bit of a different situation regarding his cashout should email them and explain to them what he's up to. They'll be more than happy to assist him

it's in fact very easy and very simply rule , you only need to keep an eye on your bonus status and that's all , the moment you want to withdraw you lose your bonus and most of your money together with the bonus because there is pop up that ask you if you really want to withdraw and tells you exactly what amount of money you will lose together with your bonus . i asked once for a withdraw while i still had a bonus going on and the story that i told you above happened to me . the best thing to do is once you accept a bonus you take it and make another deposit that has no bonus rules and before you start playing and than you can play and withdraw whenever you want without losing the bonus or money made from the bonus .
