I haven't tried it yet, maybe you should send an email to their technical support representative. It looks like it has the problem most new sites have: Most are so eager to go live that they often overlook small things which could cause technical trouble.

I signup at Titan around 6 mounth ago, the 1 problem was to dowload the intall sowtware, but after I turned off my antivirus for a few minints I was able to dowload it.
