In what way do you think they are a scum room? I have been waiting for a cashout for almost a week now. Not that I'm worried, but I asked for a cashout from Bet24 like yesterday evening, and bam!, there they where this morning. Totally unexpected. (The speed.)

First, I deposited at Poker 770, played for some time, and made small profit. I have no problems with Poker770 at that time, everything seems normal.
Then, I requested cashout. I sent them ID and proof of address. Waited one week, nothing happend, so I contacted poker770 support.
Support did not reply to my email, but after 3 or 4 days, some woman call me to my home phone and told me that I'm under investigation for reason of "soft playing and irregular betting pattern"
So, they took all my money and "temporarily" locked my account.

OK, thanks for the answer. That wasn't very nice.
Anyways, I got my cashout from there, after a few days, and after sending in passport and an invoice.
So I had no problems.
I would be, if I was you, interested in knowing exactly what this "irregular bettingpattern" and "soft playing" was. They should be able to motivate such an action, I think.

LOL... "soft playing and irregular betting pattern".... Thats just hilarious.. Not the fact that your getting screwed over but that reasoning is amusing to me!
