oh wow, thanks for info.. I was going by the forum on PKR, someone kept posting saying PKR keeping french. Hmm, wow, a LOT of the players on PKR are French, thats gonna seriously hurt PKR. That sux...
There's another thread in the french section of PKR, about this, which is longer than the lounge thread. However, I cant read french lol.
edit: Whilst this wont hurt any room like losing the French will, Australia is currently debating mandatory filtering done at ISP level. And they are discussing whether this ban on IP addresses would include poker rooms. The concern is, they're gonna say "YES" to banning online gambling (public will get behind this, with good reason too) and unfortunately poker is likely to be lumped in with this. And whilst, getting to banned websites may be as easy as using a web-based proxy server. This wouldnt be so easy for connecting to a poker room, and even if you used a VPN to do it, they poker rooms themselves may stop allowing aussie players. So currently im hoping these new filtering laws dont go through (for many other reasons also, they're pretty scary laws actually, think China).

I'm guessing they were taking the piss about you complaining about a freeroll. Illustrating a point ironically I'd say.
