This was really disturbing, since I do not use creditcards either. I use a NETeller account, and then cash out to my usual bankaccount. (Because I always win, that's just the kind of guy I am...)
One would think they could have first asked you to scan in your passport and send them a copy, BEFORE closing the account.
That move alone does feel weird, considering it was not a NDB, but your own money.

Yes. And I think you would have a case there. If some american can get 35 million $ (or something) for getting to hot coffe (which actually is supposed to be hot) at McD. This is a walk in the park for a skilled lawyer!

but the problem is, that you mostly cant attack people sitting in other countrys (like england). And the cost would be too high to fight for 30 punds i guess
I have an account at Skypoker, but I have only played a couple of sessions.
There are a lot of tasty fish, on account of the TV influence, but I don`t like the interface at all and the blind structure in MTTs is insane, in order to generate action for the TV producers. Many members say: F**k sky poker
Ive fianlly managed to break my curse of fast paced games, ive managed a few S&G 2nds, but i finally won a £2.25 Scary S&G. I know its not seen as that hard of a thing but ive always struggled fast paced.
Everything i needed just fell my way, i popped the bubble with Pocket 2's (actually only called on gut instict) and floped a set and turned quads. Then won every hand in the heads up, first two pre flop the third AK all the money went in and seen kings, oops. But the Ace made it out.
Sorry dont mean to brag just a lil over the moon ive finally managed to break a curse looming over me for ages.
