Hi,I can and know how to lose without tilt,I'am only tilt when I lose with very good hand and donk with 7 and 8 go all in and I have AA or KK and on the table comes streight,after that I stop with play and start watch TV

its hard to lose on such a hand,but online poker is like that!sometimes you won on that,sometimes you lose on that cards!it happen to everyones,so rest a day and then start again,but easy....
