hi all i was on you tube passing the time when my computer screen went black and this poped up??

Is this some kind of joke from the internet explorer?? that your page couldnt be found??

as someone who has no idea of technology i would be really scared i´d been hacked and monkeys are now working my pc dont see the funny aspect...
