Actually, it's the English media who make promises that the team can't achieve. And if England are worse than Ronaldo, why does Ronaldo have 34 out of 46 votes?
The irony is that the biggest cheats in the world are from some of the best teams, who really should have no need to cheat. If they spent more time playing football instead of trying to cheat, maybe they would win more?
Just a thought.

Guys iam portuguese and iam the first hatting ronaldo. The point is not that. The point is, why so many people praise him and then come here to the forum saying he is the most overrated player of all time.
He is not so good as the media print, and he is not so bad as some people say. But he is by far better than anyone in England national team (incliuding the fat rooney). When he played in England i didnt saw so much hate about him.
I dont care too much about him, in my opinion portugual could be better without him. I was being sarcastic about English team hehehehehee, because there is no doubt that the cheaters have 3 names not included here.

why is ronaldo a cheat? just envy guys? it seems like hes arrogant, but i think hes just a self confident guy who knows very well his own skills. his goal ratio is amazing, and if i was him i wouldnt shot goals but run back with the ball to my own half again and take em out 1 by 1 again
edit: for me mark van bommel, that guy tackling players even if the ball is miles away.
