Hi, last few ddays when i have been playing on ipoker network everything has been very slow. takes 30sec between every hand etc. at the moment i can not even log in to my account, i get the message "can not connect to server" Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problems? anyone who have been in touch with the support team in this matter? ive mailed them but get no answer. "we are aware of the situation" they say..
lol i was just about to do a thread about this yes there must be a problem , cause ive tryed login to vc poker which is ipoker network but it wont work , i notice when earlyer when i was playing when a hand finished it took at least 1 min for the winning player to get there money to from the table was running so slow, also this was my first day back playing at vc poker usally play at full tilt, dont think il play ipoker any more 1 big f**k up

Ok, i dont understand why they dont inform the players about the problems or when its going to be fixed. i always play there and im going crazy on this!
------------ Now i finally got connected, then my account is empty. Not a single in there. maybe its time to look for another room to play at..
was you playing a game?, wonder if players will get there cash back from games prob will do,
just think your in a cash game got a big hand and was just about to win a big pot and couldnt call server went down in that hand ............
i dont think il play there again they have lost my custom, not the first timeits done this either,
i was in $10 tourney over 600 player, was down to the last 50 i was 10th in chips and the server went down i couldnt login for over a hour i complained and only got my $10 buyin back bloody rip off,
i wanted at least $50 i thought thats what i deserve for the amount of chips i had at the time, but all what they said was all the players in the tourney would get there buyin back even the players who were out, now thats stupid..................
just loged in i must be working but............im cashing out my money from there now .......

No i was not in any game at all since i coudnt connect to any table last time i was online there. Im probably not going to play there any more either, this is not acceptable!
Oh that must be annoying. You must have been playing a couple of hours at least? 10$ for that is s**t..

hehe, probbly not Now when i watch a table the delays are gone but i still doesnt have my money on my account, and the onlinehelp just answer when u have problems with deposits. any recomendations on other rooms with similar client?

I have played a lot on CDPoker until last sunday (cleared a bonus) and I have had no problem at all. everything was as usual and i had a very fast cashout as well.

Contact onlinehelp from the cashier and select deposit as your reason for enquiry. They always answer when people want to deposit money . . . then ask your questions.

cdpoker? i recently got a mail (like 3 weeks ago?) from them that they merge with williamhillpoker, not really merge, WH took it over.....guess your at willyhilly now
anyways, ive been playing yesterday night on ipoker and the tables kept freezing all the time. first i got my money back in cashier after 20-30mins, but now the money that were on the tables still not back in my account
guess its just a matter of time untill they fix it?
havent played on FT but they seem to have the same issue....they hacking eachother?

I'm still wih CDPoker as they didn't organize italian players migration to WilliamHill yet....or at least is what they told me when I asked.
BTW: what did they offered you to go to WH? I guess they offered something, isn't it? did you have to reinstall new software and open a new account? what about your previuos VIP level? Sorry for all the Questions, but I'm curious and whenever I ask online support they said they have still no news ATM. Please be so kind to tell me something ?

I got a few bucks (like 5 or 7). I lost all my points, and all the tickets I had to the Pokerroomschoolfrerolls. But I got a few First depositors freerollstickets.

LoL! I just thought about creating such a thread and asking if it is only me or my internet connection. Now I know, it isn't just me. It took about 5 minutes to get a seat on a table (but then every seat was already taken -_-). I wrote an e-mail to the support. Let's wait and hope this will be fixed soon.

a few $, a deposit bonus and all my points were transfered to WH. yes, i had to download WH of course.. everything should be same as on CD poker magatt...money, points, vip level etc. you just have to talk to WH support, they will take care of it.
@pjot...thast weird that you lost all your points. all my points transfered..
in there. 
maybe its time to look for another room to play at..
