Quebec is the french speaking region of canada and the title question is asking 'are there a lot of quebecois on BRM?' Quebecois meaning people from quebec.
The answer of course is no as there aren't a great deal of members from canada but I'm sure there is at least one other from quebec. As for the two accounts thing i'm sure he's got his english confused but funny how he should remember a thread from a year ago.
