I find the bigger sites seem to be doing okay, however the smaller ones seem to be having trouble the last few years. On one small site I used to play on there would often be 5000 - 8000 players, and full ring games always going even up to $20BB. That same site is typically now at 800 players and full ring games beyond $0.50BB are scarce.
The new legislative about poker is now in prepare in Czech republic - it will be in near future in the same group as any gamble game and it will be held only in casino

There are still plenty of fishes at poker.I don't think poker is falling down.It's getting more popular so that means more ppl will play resulting more fishes.
