Hi, I write about this that I did not receive bonus deposit(50$), this is probably a joke. I create account from your link! Please grant me a bonus. The most interesting is that before you write that it is OK and the account is set up from your link! What a joke!?

From which poker site did you request the bonus? When did you requested it? Maybe you have to wait for a week more or less. Check that your country is not banned for that bonus. If not, send an email to bankrollmob support, or try to chat with 'Live Support' when they were online

Winnerpoker. I get a mail : "We have completed your 5000 MobPoints request, with regards to our gift offer for WinnerPoker. This means that the transfer has been made, if you have selected a transfer to NetEller etc. / a pokersite. If you selected gift certificate(s), they will arrive usually within a few weekdays (depending on your location)." And got a 5000pkt and in 5min later got mail : "We have sent you a mail with approving of your winnerpoker gift. This is a mistake, your account are not maked from BankrollMob.com, and therefore you can not have the bonus." And get a -5000pkt :/ WTF ?? Do not anserw to mail Sorry my english very bad

This is so funny to read.
As Kristan suggests, this is do do with the poker room. Not bankrollmob. That sucks mate, but it really isn't BRM's fault. They can only do what the poker room says.

I read somewhere around here earlier that for a small percent of the players there might be some problems with the cookies, and furthermore some else kind of a problem. And what I understood from that post (by Admin), there really wasn't much anybody could do about it.

Bonus status : Approved. I got mail with information : "I can see that your payout was approved - Neteller. What is the problem exactly? " WTF ?? I not payout to netteler I not get this pts. BMR crooks
