I think always keep sex and poker separate, both are good(read: the best lol) things, but both need a full attention aswell. If you feel that you play worse after sex, then skip the poker and have more sex & then try poker again

can't say for certain one way or the other, but most atheletes in other sports recommend refraining from sex before playing ( boxing,MMA,hockey,american football, etc, etc). Probably not the act itself, but the time invested to get to that point.

I'm usally bad playing poker. So the difference aren't important (Of course i'm talking in online poker). I live poker, i play great after having sex, maybe i'm more relaxed, and ussually i'm so nervous.

If you play worse after a good sex then it can mean only one thing.....you must choose between this two .....if i where you .....i would chose sex with good sex comes real money

I think it makes me a better player, you're sitting more relaxed which will make you more patient. And patience is the key for winning in poker. Of course if you f**k yourself semi-dead before a game, that will cost you some money
