I have a problem with real deal pkrbonus aswell thought i could post it here.
It says that my bonus request is approved and my account is paid, but when i log in to the client i can only see the 50 euro bonus that requires 1000 points. The free poker money (10 euro) is not on the account and about 8 hours after i was approved i talked to real deal poker support and they told me to post here.

So whats the problem? Verify the account and they will transfer your free money after that. fyi - you need to verify the account anyway if you want to cashout from there, so sooner or later you need to do it.
edit: Dozn whats your name in there and do you play omaha cash there too?

Did you two, who didn't get the free money, write your username on that last page and sent it when you applied? I noticed that both of you are quite new, and it is easy to miss if it's your first time applying for a NDB here?

OK, sorry. You wrote that earlier also. Well, hope it works out for you.
Received the bonus prompt. And as prompt uninstalled the softwarre. Tourneys freeze due to technical problems, super few players and I dont trust a site on which every river delivers a miracle.

Havent jet noticed this. But the fact that its said to be real deal as cards dealt out by dealers, makes me feel pretty comfortable. But Ive only played close to 600 hands plo&he, so too early to say something about the river lol.
